According to the decree of Serzh Sargsyan the members of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia were appointed Georgi Martirosyan and Nune Hovhannisyan.
It is mainly said in the decree, “Guided by the 40th article of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia and based on the suggestions on appointing the members of the Central Electoral Commission, I decide.
1. to appoint members of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia
Georgi Martirosyan, suggested by the President of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA for 6 years
Nune Hovhannisyan suggested by the Human Rights Defender for 6 years as members.
2. The decree enters into force from July 15, 2014.”
Members of the Central Electoral Commission were selected according to the Decree of Serzh Sargsyan
