The title of the 191st video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Violation of the Rules of usage of the Registration Numbers of Vehicles.” Zaruhi Harutyunyan, Legal Adviser of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. Driving the vehicle with the temporary registration number after its expiry date imposes a penalty at 20-fold amount of the minimal salary.
