The title of the 180th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “State Registration of the Transportation Mean.” Arpine Yeghikyan, AYLA member, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. Liability for the infringments caused by the transportation mean after the transactions with that mean (after purchase of the transport) and prior to registration of that mean in the name of purchaser is imposed on the purchaser if the seller proves that am appropriate transaction wsa made between the parties.
