Today, the National Assembly has experienced an attempt of reversal and revenge, and the Prime Minister has signed the orders on dismissals of ministers representing the Tsarukyan bloc and the ARF Dashnaktutyun political forces. First Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan stated this during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly.

“67 MPs from three factions: the RPA, the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), the ARF Dashnaktsutyun took part in the experiment and voted for. The situation created in Armenia creates institutional confusion at least if we do not speak about the constitutional crisis. The parliament, which is essentially a representative body, does not represent anyone and is essentially not legitimate. Moreover, the parliament tries to create a dual power and hit the government and the prime minister, who enjoys the approval of the people. This should be solved in any way. The further deepening of the crisis seriously damages the interests of Armenia and its citizens, jeopardizes security and the normal life,” Ararat Mirzoyan said.

He expressed hope that the door to the negotiations is not closed yet.
