At today’s extraordinary session of the National Assembly, the Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan presented to the MPs the petition on obtaining the consent to initiate criminal prosecution against Manvel Grigoryan.
He mentioned that six searches were carried out in the areas belonging to Manvel Grigoryan and under his possession, as a result of which illegal ammunition, non-sale food, and cars were found. Evidence of his guilt in the criminal proceedings has been obtained.
Artur Davtyan petitioned the National Assembly to accuse the National Assembly member Manvel Grigoryan and prosecute him. He also petitioned to approve the detention as a precautionary measure against him.
