The title of the 112th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “What Sum of Money in Cash may be exported and imported without Customs Entry?” Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Failure to meet the requirements of Customs Entry in the prescribed form for transportation of the goods across the border, as well as declaration of such goods in different names imposes fine equivalent to customs cost of the goods and the transportation mean.
