Probation service in Armenia was introduced in September last year. Sometimes described as revolutionary, this institute  has not brought changes yet in the real sense of the word. David Harutyunyan, the newly appointed Minister  of Justice does not use such terms when talking about probation; he says there is still much  work to do.
