The institution of integrity checks for officials is one of the priorities undertaken by Armenia through international obligations, and is also among the tasks envisaged by the anti-corruption strategy.

The Ministry of Justice has presented a new draft for public discussion, which proposes to clarify the timeframes for conducting integrity studies for judges.
