On 25 June, the National Assembly adopted the Law “On Amendments to the Tax Code”, according to which, as of January 1, the tax system shall be amended.

“The transition from the incremental income tax rate to the fixed 23 percent rate was made. The incremental rate was applied in the past with 23% being the lowest threshold and was applied up to 150,000 drams of remuneration,” Armen Petrosyan, an expert of “Development Principles” NGO said.
