There is an Attempt to Curb the Advocates: Karen Mezhlumyan
Advocate Karen Mezhlumyan, Member of the Board of the Chamber of Advocates, touched upon the provisions in the new Civil Procedure Code on applying sanctions up to 100,000 AMD against the advocates.
The advocate community made a statement, and the advocates refused to provide representation for several days, however the draft law was adopted and will come into force on 1 January, 2019.
