On 17 April at 17:00 an “Ural” vehicle transporting soldiers, left the road and overturned on the 19th kilometer pf Spitak-Yerevan road.
The soldiers in the body of the lorry received bodily injuries and were taken to the Medical center of Spitak City. After receiving the first medical aid, three soldiers were transferred to the Military clinical hospital. The details of the case are being clarified.
As a result of the accident soldier Artyom Torosyan (born in 1995, a conscript of Sisisna military commission) died from the caused injuries.
The RA Ministry of Defense shares the grief of the loss and expresses condolences to Artyom Torosyan’s family, relatives and friends.
