According to the RA Code on Administrative Violations, the heads and other officials of the organizations and educational establishments who accept to work (study) the persons that evade from military registration in place of residence shall give rise to shall give rise to imposing the fine in the amount of fifty fold of the minimal salary for the citizens and fifty fold of the minimal salary (50 thousand AMD).
The same violations that were committed again within one year after the imposition of administrative sanctions shall give rise for imposing a fine in the amount of one hundred fold of the minimal salary (100 thousand AMD).
