RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on dismissing A. Zakharyan, judge at the first instance court of general jurisdiction of Malatia-Sebastia community of Yerevan.
The decree in particular states:
“Guided by Part 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution, 1st Provision of Part 4 of Article 167 of the RA Judicial Code and based on the suggestion of the Council of Justice of September 3, 2014, I have decided to terminate the powers of Artak Zakharyan, judge at the first instance court of general jurisdiction of Malatia-Sebastia community of Yerevan”.
