On August 26 at 3:45 a.m. Ashot M. was detained in Bagratashen town, Armenia, following special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russia, charged with theft since October 10, 2013.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
