According to the sources of “Haykakan Zhamanak” Daily, the newly appointed Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan and the leader of “Prosperous Armenia” Political party Gagik Tsarukyan, are attempting to reach the removal of the Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.
“There are talks that Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan intends to talk about this with President Serzh Sargsyan,” The newspaper wrote.
According to the same source, Hovik Abrahamyanwants to see the Deputy Head of Police n Hunan Poghosyan in this position. The newspaper tried to verify the information with the Public Affairs and Information department of the RA Police and with the Government.
