Today is the World Book and Copyright Day

Today in the World’s 200 countries the World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated. In Autumn 1995 the General Conference of UNESCO approved the decision to celebrate this day on April 23. For the first time the World Book and Copyright Day was celebrated in 1996.
