AFP reports that defendants complained about prison conditions and burnt their beds. Due to heavy smoke 13 prisoners were poisoned and died. Another 5 prisoners were taken to hospital. In addition to, defendants complained because of unbearable heat, as there was no ventilation system in the prison cell. Moreover, arguments began in the prison cell, where 18 prisoners were kept.
