The “Independent Observer” informs that in the polling station 6/9 of Yerevan the observer has recorded several cases of violation of voting secrecy where an unknown person took out the ballot from the envelopes, check them and put back in the envelope, and only after it the voter had the opportunity to cast ballot papers into voting box.
The information of the voter who filled in the ballot instead of a person who had no opportunity to vote individually was not filled in at the 22/22 polling station of Spitak.
In the polling station 27/33 in Argel village of Kotayk marz and polling station 16/14 in Armavir city, military servicemen were going to vote in a row, which is a violation of the Electoral Code. According to Article 65, Part 4 of the RA Electoral Code, “Servicemen, national security and police officers enter the precinct center in non-combat order.”
