“According to the eyewitness, in the publication, money in Shirak Street was distributed for voting in favor of one of the RPA candidates. The citizen who applied to “Arajin Lratvakan” mentioned that the polling station N 8/47 was located at School # 115, and money was distributed from the neighboring building.”
