As a result of joint operative intelligence and investigative measures untaken by the General Department of Criminal Investigation of the RA Police, General Department on Combating Organized Crime Yerevan City and Lori provincial offices on revealing the incident at Tufenkian Hotel on September 14 at 1.30 pm, the identity of those suspects of committing a crime was discovered. They are: Rafik Khachatryan, born in 1957. Albert Blbulyan, born in 1982, and Armen Karadavidov born in 1984.
