An increase of Azerbaijan ceasefire violations was recorded from the night of 9 and to the morning of 10 February on line of contact of the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijani confronting forces. Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime on the line of contact around 70 times, during which the enemy fired more than 1000 shots from 60mm and 82mm mortars, various types of grenade launchers and weapons towards Armenian positions. More intensive violations occurred in the eastern, southern and north-eastern directions of the line of contact, where the Azerbaijan Armed forces fired a total 34 shells from mortars and grenade – 24 from mortars and 10 from grenade launchers.
The vanguard units of the Defense Army are fully controlling the operational-tactical situation on the front line applying responsive actions only in case of need.
