On the RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s Decree Fadey Charchoglyan was relieved from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia in the State of Kuwait and in the the Sultanate of Oman.
Upon the other Degree of the RA President, Manvel Badeyan was appointed to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia in the State of Kuwait (Residence in Kuwait City).
