Today, the Prosecutor General of the RA assured the demonstrators who had gathered in front of the Russian Consulate in Gyumri that the RF law enforcement bodies would surrender Valeri Permyakov to the Armenian side. The participants of the action were not satisfied with theses assurances and marched towards the Russian Consulate, where clashes took place.
