The Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan, under presidency of judge Simizar Hovsepyan considers the case of three former employees of Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metro CJSC, Sevak Hovhannisyan, Andranik Gevorgyan and Gagik Galstyan.
They request the court to annul the orders of their dismissal, to restore them in their work place and to pay for the whole period of the forced outage.
Notably, they were struggling against the compulsory accumulative component in Karen Demirchyan Yerevan Metro CJSC.
