“Why do our Media Means distribute Unreliable Information?” Advocate

Advocate Suzanna Soghomonyan referred to the aberration, which yesterday was published in the information field that from now and on the citizens will be fined from 20.000 to 30.000 AMD for heaving the trash. She wrote:

“But why do our media disseminate inaccurate information: “…FROM NOW AND ON you will be fined for heaving the trash in unforeseen places…””

This FROM NOW AND ON operates since 2006 when the corresponding amendment was made in the RA Law on Administrative Offence, and the violators should have been fined from the moment of when this amendment shall enter into force.

But another problem is that the competent authorities decided to follow to the fulfillment of this requirement from yesterday.
