Vahe Grigoryan – one of the Armenian candidates for the post of judge at the European Court of Human Rights, specialist of international law, well-known lawyer, yesterday informed to the daily “Haykakan Zhamanak” that has not yet decided whether he will take part in the competition for the Armenia`s candidate for the post of judge at the European Court.
“The governmental candidates for this post are Emil Babayan – deputy Prosecutor-General of the RA, for whom RA Prosecutor-General Gevorg Kostanyan lobbies; and former Minister of Justice and head of the Staff of Parliament – Hrayr Tovmasyan. From the non-governmental candidates there is Ara Ghazaryan, a specialist of international law, who hasn`t yet made his final decision of participation in the competition as well”, – adds “Haykakan Zhamanak”.
