With the RA law “On changes and amendments in the RA Code on Administrative Offenses” adopted on February 7, 2012, many changes have been made in the articles directed to the offenses in the area providing traffic security, as well as the articles defining proceeding procedures on those offenses, which will enter into force from 2 June, 2012.
In order to avoid misunderstanding and unnecessary disagreements, we urge traffic participants to familiarize themselves with the changes and to realize their traffic rights in accordance to the norms defined by the legislation.
