The newsletter on the cases of precedential law of the ECHR was published

The fifth issue of “Newsletter of the European Court on Human Rights” was published in Yerevan. Some verdicts made during 2011 on precedential law of the ECHR and documents of the European Council are involved in the newsletter. Permanent legal advisor (the US Department of Justice, the Embassy of the US in Armenia) Stephen Kessler mentions in the newsletter that this issue is devoted to the international obligations of the RA in the framework of the European Council and also to prevent and discover the violations of lives of individuals, their dignity, the right to be free from torture and to punish guilty.
The publication of 2011 “Newsletter of the European Court on Human Rights” was possible due to the contribution of the US Department of Justice and the Embassy of the US in Armenia.
