When shall Yerevan Jur stop Cheating and Neglecting its Subscribers?

Iravaban.net received a letter from the residents of Davitashen village and the neighboring houses of Melkumov Street of Davitashen Administrative District of Yerevan about “Yerevan Jur” Company.
The case was passed top Yerevan Advocacy and Assistance Center. Prior to detailed and precise reply to the case, below please find the letter of the citizens.
“For around a week we do not have water in our houses on unknown reason.”Yerevan Jur” Company that had undertaken responsibility to ensure a twenty-four hour water supply to its subscribers fails to renew the water supply. And what is more it is almost impossible to receive any explanation from the operator’s service of the Company. This service is established and aimed to mislead, deceive and cause stress at the people. At the same time the director is almost out-of-reach. Any call of the subscriber or attempt to learn something brings to the same result: the operator puts down the subscriber’s address and telephone number, promises to clarify the reason and to inform in two hours. After waiting in vain for several hours and calling again another operator replies to the call and again asks for the address and the telephone number, as he/she is unaware of what the previous operator had clarified. Naturally another operator, who is completely unaware of the previous calls, answers the telephone or simply no-one answers, probably after fixing the telephone number. And this continues for several days. And this is not the first case of long term stoppage of water supply in our community. In September 2011 we did not have water for a month and had to carry water from other palaces for our needs as we did not receive any grounded or substantive explanation why we did not have water and what steps did the Company undertake to solve the problem and to renew the water supply. Currently we do not have any hope that the Company shall remember its obligations towards the subscribers.
After such behavior we, the residents of Davitashen village and the neighboring houses of Melkumov Street of Davitashen Administrative District of Yerevan consider that the pompous wording “We realize the impact our everyday activities for the improvement of everyday living conditions of the population and value our clients,” in their official website is simply an irony.
Do they value the subscribers by cheating and ignoring them or by inaction? When shall the Company really realize the degree of its responsibility and reporting to the client?”
