The Court of Cassation has taken a decision the procedure of exaction of payments for the maintenance of shared ownership property buildings by the Condominium. The decision defines the cases when the condominium will have the right.
The Chamber, in particular, raised the procedural rules, which the condominium (the governing body of the apartment building) shall abide and thus have the right to demand from the owners of the shared ownership property to pay the necessary sum for the maintenance of the building.
