European court finds Turkey guilty of child death

European court of human rights satisfied the plea of family losing child to heavy snow and wind against Turkey.

Turkish Dunyabulteni website reports that 7-year-odl Turkish schoolboy was waiting for a bus on January 22, 2004. The bus was late and the child tried to walk. As a result of heavy snow and wind, the child froze to death. Family of the deceased child baled Istanbul mayoralty and national education ministry.

ECHR found Turkey guilty obliging to pay the family 54,500 Euros in reimbursement.
