Permyakov was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment

The 5th garrison court of Gyumri today declared the accusation of leaving the duty area without leave to avoid military service, carrying armament and ammunition by Russian military base soldier Valery Permyakov.
Permyakov was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment in a tight institution without penalties and on an unrestricted basis.
The case files on the murder of the Avetisyan family were handed to the Armenian law enforcement authorities on July 13.
