He said that the adoption of the Draft in State Budget of the Republic of Armenia do not require additional expenses.
The RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was worried that, as a rule, in such cases it happened so that even it was said that it do not need to be financed but later it appears to be vice versa: “The different ministers introduce projects; they say that they do not need to be financed then after several months they come and ask for money. Won’t it be the same with this one?” asked the Chief Executive, and Vache Terteryan, the First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations answered that the Draft do not require any expense.
The same situation was with the Draft introduced by Ex-Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan. Thus, at the 12 February Session the RA Ministry of Justice was recognized as the Authorized Body of the registration of the secured rights to the portable property provided by the RA Law on “Registration of the Secured Rights to the Portable Property.”
On March 10 a decision was installed in the e-gov.am website which required to be financed; it was withdrawn from the Agenda during that period but the draft introduced on March 26 was introduced again and confirmed by allocating AMD 110 mln. to the Ministry of Justice.
