RA Law on “Breastfeeding Promotion and Regulation of Infant Food Marketing” clearly provides the rights of breastfeeding women.
Thus, pursuant to the “Law on the Breastfeeding Promotion and Regulation of Infant Food Marketing” breastfeeding woman has right to:
1. have appropriate conditions at the working place, at criminal-executive institutions (penitentiaries), at health organizations and other public places for breastfeeding.
2. receive an information about the advantages of breastfeeding, as well as about the healthy and safely feeding of the children and infants.
3. receive free medical advice about securing breastfeeding.
