According to Article 128, Part 3 of the RA Code of Administrative Violations driving the vehicle without the driving license or other documents leads to imposition of fine at the rate of tree fold size (3000 AMD) of the minimum salary.
A person is considered without a driver’s license if he or she has a right to drive vehicles, but he/she had no driving license with him/her.
Other documents shall be understood as the vehicle registration documents, customs documents, in case of the reference in the driver’s license the mentioned medical certificate cases and others that do not include authorization, referral, cargo documentation.
