Two people were accused in kidnapping a person in the frames of the criminal case investigated in the Department of Yerevan Administrative District Arabkir of the RA Investigation Committee.
The prejudicial inquiry found out that on March 7, 2015, at 18:00, A. Gyurjyan, the president of “Hrazdan-Expo” LLC, and two other people, making a priliminary agreement, kidnapped R. Aghajanyan, a citizen of Yerevan, in order to make some clarifications about a debt. They forced him to get on the “Range Rover” of the LLC president in G. Artsruni street, and some time ago they left him in the crossroads of Komitas and Vagharshyan streets, and went away. Iravaban.net learned about the incident from the RA Investigation Committee. On the basis of the combination of proofs the two aforementioned people were accused under the provisions of Article 131, Part 2, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code. The investigation is in process, certain steps are made in order to find the other two.
