During the investigation of the criminal case in the Special Investigation Service, Gagik A. was accused under Point 1 of Part 3 of Article 178 of the RA Criminal Code. In February, 2015 he made an initial agreement with Hovik B. who presented himself as the deputy of the Prosecutor General and was a convict of the RA Vardashen Penal institution. Gagik A. robbed from Hovik B. $ 15.000 and a cell phone with a value of 130.000 AMD under the pretense of borrowing money for the reconstruction of the house of the Deputy Prosecutor. He also gave false promises of supporting the barrister of the RA Chamber of Advocates, giving him a job in the Public Prosecutor’s Office and other work perspectives.
