Today, RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on termination of the rights of Judge of Administrative Cort of the RA Robert Sargsyan. The decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA, Article 167 (1 point 5) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendation AKh-6-Vo-10 of the Council of Justice of 27 February 2015, I decide:
To terminate authorities of Robert Sargsyan, Judge of the RA Administrative Court.”
