The Investigative Department of Erebuni and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan continues the preliminary investigation on the case initiated on the fact of misappropriation of large amount of construction materials from the shop, and carries out measures to identify the person who allegedly committed the offence: the Information and Public relations department of the RA Investigative Committee informs.
The person allegedly committed the crime visited two shops on different addresses of a construction trading company and introduced himself as a representative of the construction department of a bank in one case, and as a supplier of a company in the other case, and abusing the trust of the store employees stole construction materials of a total cost of 2,535,000 AMD.
The preliminary investigation received the records of the video cameras of the shops where the person allegedly committed the crime may be seen.
Those who know or recognize the person in the video record or have information about his identity or the place where he may be are asked to inform the Investigation Department of Investigative Department of Erebuni and Nork Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan or the nearest Police Station.
Note: The suspect or the accused of the alleged offence is deemed innocent unless his or her innocence is proved by virtue of the effective court verdict in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.
