On 22 January at 19:48, a call was received informing that 4 citiesens were lost near the church of Lernanist village of Kotayk marz and the help of the rescuers was needed. One rescue squad left for the site.
It occurred that the lost citizens had made a balloon flight at around 13:15 from Charentsavan city and then landed on the slope of the hill near Lernanist village.
At 20:05 the senior controller of the Civil Aviation Administration Service reported that information through the radio communication informing about the forced landing of the balloon. Citizens M.Gh., (DoB 1987), L.H. (Dob 1992), N.B. and A. (The last name is being identified) were in the balloon basket.
