Yerem Sargsyan, defender of Davit Khachatryan – defendant on the case of Soldier Lyuks Stepanyan`s murder, presents the conclusion of one of the expert analysis.
According to him the conclusion of the expert that the bullet first hit Hrachya Sargsyan`s head, then hit Lyuks Stepanyan and only then hit the wall, does not correspond to the reality. “In fact it was the contrary. The bullet wounded Hrachya Sargsyan, and then it hit the wall, afterwards it made a back-leap and hit Lyuks Stepanyan`s head”.
Defender thinks that the accident happened as a result of this back-leap.
