On 26 November, at 15: 00, the Officers of Gegharkunik marz and Hrazdan departments of the Genral Department against the Organized Crime of the RA Police, while realizing joint operational data, after examining the parcel brought for the convict N.V. by the citizen S.M., found a napkin box with white powder mass.
The finding was confiscated and sent for examination.
