When can the Traffic Police ask the Driver to get out of the Vehicle?

The Traffic Police officer who stopped the vehicle can ask the driver to get out of the vehicle, in case where:

a) There is a necessity to fix the technical malfunction of the vehicle or violation of the cargo transportation rules.

b) There are sufficient grounds to suspect that the driver is not sober.

c) The transportation mean is stopped under the suspect of its being in search and there is a need to check the numbers of the body, engine and chassis of the vehicle and to compare in the presence of the driver with the records in the documents of the vehicle.

d) The driver or the passenger is suspected in committing crime.

e) It is necessary to compile a protocol or to help the other participants of road traffic.
