On November 24, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian’s arrived to Sweden on an official visit.
Negotiations of Edward Nalbandian with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden Margot Wallstrom took place on the same day.
Edward Nalbandyan expressed his gratitude for the invitation and warm reception, and noted that the bilateral relations between the two countries during the recent years had significantly intensified. It was reflected as intensification of mutual visits and political dialogues, founding the embassies in Yerevan and in Stockholm, as well as by the growth of interest of Swedish companies in the economy of Armenia.
The schedule of negotiations of the Foreign Ministers includes discussion of the steps directed to expansion of mutual cooperation of the countries; Cooperation of Armenia with the European Union; and other urgent international problems.
