On 20 November 2014, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on awarding the “Medal of Services to the Motherland” of the second class to Edgar Ferdinand Ghazaryan. The decree reads:
“Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 12 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the RA Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles, I decide:
to award the “Medal of Services to the Motherland” of the second class to Edgar Ferdinand Ghazaryan for effective work in the state administrative structures of the Republic of Armenia and for significant services rendered to the development of the communities.”
