According to the report of the citizen Robert G., the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia initiated a criminal case under the provisions of Part 2 of Article 311 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Citizen Robert G. reports that on 22 October 2014, at about 12:00, when he was driving his “HUMMER” across Bagratunyats avenue in Yerevan” car he noticed a traffic jam, crossed the solid lines and turned back. The inspector of the Traffic Police of the RA who noticed the violation stopped him and then requested a bribe for non-imposition of administrative sanctions upon him.
A preliminary investigation is in process.
