On 20 November at 20:28, an emergency call was received informing that a Road Traffic Accident had occurred on the 3rd km of Vardenis-Martuni highway near Karchaghbyur village. There was a victim and the help of rescuers was needed.
A rescue brigade was sent to the place of the accident.
It turned out that cars “BMW” with number plate 87 AU 888 and “KamAZ” with number plate 34 TU 132 collided on 3rd km of Vardenis-Martuni highway: as a result the passenger of the car “BMW” M.A. (born in 1988) died and the driver S.M. (born in 1989) was hospitalized to the military hospital of Vardenis city with different injuries, where the doctors assessed his health situation as heavy.
The rescuers took out the corpse of M.A. from the car and brought to the ambulance. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RA informs.
