Based on report of a citizen Parandzem G. a criminal case was launched based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the report of Parandzem G., the Investigator of the Police of the Republic of Armenia during the preparation of the materials related to the traffic accident pending in his proceedings, on November 2013 on personal grounds, he used his official position contrary to the interests of his service against having sexual intercourse with the friend of Natalia Sh. at the latter’s request and in exchange he concealed the circumstances of the participation of Natalia Sh. in the offense by distorting the actual circumstances with her participation. The Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia informs.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
