Clause 21 of Article 124 of the RA Code on Administrative Violations provides if violation of the rules of stopping or parking of the vehicle by the drivers is not related with the necessity, or technical state of the vehicle or the health condition of the passenger, and due to this fact the vehicle has been evacuated to the special protected area, it leads to the imposition of a fine at the rate of 40.000AMD.
