Misak Martirosyan could not renounce from his defender

Today, the court hearing on the case of former Head of the RA Judicial Department State Administrative Agency, Misak Martirosyan and others was delayed. Misak martirosyan’s advocate Arthur Grigoryan was absent. He had informed the court about his absence on the phone.

Misak Martirosyan mentioned that he wanted to renounce from the services of his defender at the court session. The Presiding judge Arshak Vardanyan answered that no such norm was provided. The judge delayed the court hearing and set the next hearing on 24 November.
